Nicole Smolowitz, Chief Financial Officer & Human Resources
Nicole Smolowitz joined Global Credit Services, in 2003, as an Industry Analyst, and subsequently transitioned to Corporate Controller and then Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Smolowitz was Director of Research at HPC Capital Management, where she led and managed the research department. Her responsibilities included creating financial research reports for public entities, which have been listed on Multex Investor, including analyzing industry fundamental trends, performing on-site due diligence and evaluations. Preceding HPC, she worked at Union Atlantic Capital, L.C. in the Investment Banking Division. Prior to Union Atlantic Capital, Ms. Smolowitz was employed at a Private Merchant Bank, at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. in New York as a Managing Assistant, and at Smith Barney, Inc. She holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University, in addition to NASD Series 7, 24, and 28 licenses.
